Features

• IMB-1KL camera series are a RS-644(LVDS) compliant, high sensitivity photodiode array detection and high speed charge-coupled scanning camera designed for industrial imaging applications.
  
  
• IMB-1KL cameras use the LVDS and Camera Link(option) digital bus protocol to streamline the capture, digitization and processing of moving object.
  
  
• IMB-1KL cameras may be interfaced to most frame grabber board, allowing for document scanning, dimensional gauging, barcode scanning and so on.
  Applications are machine vision, robotic control and inspection, etc.

• High-sensitivity
  High-sensitivity charge coupled device (CCD) with 512,1024 and 2048 pixels.
  
  
• Luminance distortion recovery
  Luminance distortion due to poor illumination condition or different responsivity of pixels of CCD can be recovered by initial calibration procedure.
  
  
• Digital output
  An Industry standard EIA-644 (LVDS) digital 8-bit output from 10-bit digitizer is provided.
  
  
• Frame on demand
  An external trigger signal synchronized to servo-motor can be used to capture an image at a desired timing.
  
  
• RS-232C Control
  Internal microprocessor allows adjusting various factors such as gain, offset, operation modes, etc.
  
  
• Antiblooming function
  Antiblooming gate control value minimizes blooming effect at the very intensive spot of light or reflection.
